As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at Harvard and NYU, Cordelia Johnson blends a psychodynamic, client-centered approach with creative modalities — including expressive arts, play therapy, and mindfulness — to help adults, families, couples, and children navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster lasting change.
